EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
Returns
- Eligibility: We accept returns only for the items which are defective or damaged provided with the clear proof of parcel opening video. Items can be returned within 48 hours of delivery for the refund.
- Condition: Returned jewelry must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Jewelry on sale, or final sale items are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
- Eligibility: We accept exchanges within 2 days of delivery for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability.
- Process: Please contact our customer support to initiate the exchange. Items must be unused and in original condition.
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact us at deevyathacrafts@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return/exchange.
- We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item back to us – return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 8-10 business days.
IMPORTANT NOTE
- Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Pickup will have to be arranged from your end with your own expenses.
